If your booking is eligible, you'll receive an offer via email. All offers can only be accepted through Scoot's official platform. Participation is entirely voluntary and completely optional, with no obligation or requirement to take part.

Declining an offer will not affect your existing booking, fare conditions, or rights under Scoot's Contract of Carriage.

Scoot uses an automated system to determine eligible flights and passengers. Offers are sent directly to selected passengers. You do not need to apply. If you are eligible, Scoot will notify you and provide full instructions.

Eligibility and offer values are system-generated and cannot be manually requested or adjusted.

  • Third-party services (e.g., hotels, insurance, transfers, or travel activities), including those booked or marketed through Scoot, may not be automatically transferred to the New Flight. If any such services are transferred, you are responsible for reviewing the arrangements to ensure they remain suitable for your New Flight. Any required changes or re-arrangements will be at your own cost and expense.
  • Baggage entitlements will be transferred to your New Flight.
  • Seat selection will be removed. If a new seat is not purchased, a seat will be assigned at random at check-in.

Swap Your Flight

  • Baggage: Transferred to your new flight.
  • Seat Selection: Seat selection will be removed. If a new seat is not purchased, a seat will be assigned at random at check-in. The value of any original add-ons or services has already been taken into account in the Scoot Travel Voucher offered, and no separate refund will be issued.
  • Other Add-ons: Some add-ons or services in your original booking may not be available on the New Flight due to aircraft type, service availability, or operational differences. Therefore, items such as meals, Wi-Fi, Board Me First, In-Seat Power or other add-ons may be removed if they cannot be transferred to the New Flight. The value of any original add-ons or services has already been taken into account in the Scoot Travel Voucher offered, and no separate refund will be issued.
  • Transfers, Insurance & Travel Activities: Scoot is not responsible for services arranged with third-party providers (such as transfers, insurance or travel activities). Changes to the flight will not automatically update or affect these third-party services. You must contact them directly to update or amend your arrangements.

Where an add-on cannot be transferred to the New Flight, it will not be refunded separately. The value of any non-transferable add-ons is already reflected in the Scoot Travel Voucher offered as part of the Swap Your Flight offer, which represents the agreed compensation for your original booking. Please review the offer details carefully before accepting to ensure you are comfortable with the items that may or may not be carried over.

Sell Your Trip

  • Baggage, Seat Selection & other add-ons: Not retained. Their value is already included in the Scoot Travel Voucher amount offered, which fully settles all related concepts of your original booking, including any paid add-ons and airport taxes.
  • Transfers & Insurance: Scoot is not responsible for services arranged with third-party providers (such as transfers, insurance or travel activities). Changes to the flight will not automatically update or affect these third-party services. You must contact your provider directly for any refund.

The value of any paid add-ons is already reflected in the Scoot Travel Voucher offered as part of the Sell Your Trip offer, which represents the agreed compensation for your original booking. Please review the offer details carefully before accepting to ensure you are comfortable with the items that may or may not be carried over.

Yes. If you do not accept the offer, no action is required - simply disregard it. Your original flight will remain confirmed and unchanged. Participation is entirely optional, and you are under no obligation to respond or accept any offer.

  • For Swap Your Flight: You may choose to Change Your Flight only one segment and keep the other. Each segment is treated independently, and your decision will only apply to the segment you select.
  • For Sell Your Trip: The offer applies to the full itinerary. You must accept or decline the full round-trip. Partial acceptance (only one segment) is not allowed in this case.

Each offer will indicate whether it applies to one or both segments. Please review before accepting.

Connecting Flights. If your itinerary includes one or more connecting flights, any Offer accepted for one segment will apply to the entire connected portion of the itinerary. The Offer Notification will clearly indicate how the change affects your connecting flights, and your itinerary will be updated accordingly.

Self Connecting Flights. The relevant Offer is valid only for the specific booking number (PNR) it was issued for. It cannot be applied to any other bookings, including those you intend to self-connect. Scoot is not responsible if you miss a subsequent, separately booked connection due to accepting an Offer.

If your offer includes an alternative flight (a "Swap Your Flight" option), you will be able to select one of the available flight options at the time of acceptance. These options are provided in real time and are subject to availability. Once your selection is confirmed via a Confirmation Email, your booking will be updated to the new flight and treated as any other confirmed Scoot reservation, subject to Scoot's standard operational and schedule change policies.

You'll receive a Scoot Travel Voucher in the amount stated in the offer. This can be used to book new flights and add-ons with Scoot.

Scoot Travel Vouchers must be used in a single transaction. The remaining balance will be automatically forfeited and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or reissued. Scoot Travel Vouchers issued under these Offers are valid for a period of 183 days from the date of issuance.

The offer amount is automatically calculated using objective factors such as current seat availability, fare levels, and Scoot operational and commercial consideration. The goal is to create a fair and balanced offer that provides value to the passenger.

No. Scoot Travel Voucher is the only form of incentive offered under this product. These credits offer flexibility and can be used as a form of payment for booking a new flight and purchasing add-ons with Scoot in the future.

If Scoot approves your "Sell Your Trip" or "Swap Your Flight" request, the full Scoot Travel Voucher amount stated in the offer will be issued in the form of a voucher code and sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. The Scoot Travel Voucher is typically available within 24 hours of confirmation.

If your booking includes multiple passengers, the total value will be divided per traveler.

No. The offer applies to the entire booking. If accepted, the change applies to all passengers included in the booking.

Offers are subject to availability. Once the seats allocated to the offer are taken, it expires. If you've already checked in but the offer is still available, you may still accept it. All accepted offers are final and non-refundable. Make sure to review all the details before confirming.
